Kind Words

It’s my honor to help my clients create beautiful and lasting memories on their special days.

1. Could you describe what it was like to have Sarah as your coordinator?

Having Sarah as a coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding. Sarah was thoughtful, concise, and committed to making our day easy for us! Everything ran smoothly. Sarah helped us think through a lot of things we would not have thought of. She kept things timely and everything ran smoothly. I had the most stress-free and fun time at my wedding.

2. Was Sarah able to deliver in your hopes and desires for the day?

Sarah went above and beyond my expectations. She delegated tasks and responsibilities that even took the pressure from my friends and family to help with certain aspects of the wedding.

 3. Would you recommend her to others? Why or why not?

Without a question, I would 100% recommend Sarah to others because she knows what she is doing!! She has a great sense of what it takes to make a wedding a place where people are hosted and well taken care of. She thinks on multiple levels — about the bride and groom having the best day and also about hosting those who have come to celebrate.

4. What were the benefits of having a day-of coordinator?

I think a day-of coordinator is a MUST.  When it comes down to it, on your wedding day, you do not want to spend time thinking about making everything you spent the past year planning come to life; that is what your coordinator does. Having Sarah as a coordinator allowed me to be completely present to my friends, my family, and ultimately my groom!

1. Could you describe what it was like to have Sarah as your coordinator?

Sarah was the perfect coordinator for my husband and me. She was very sensitive to our needs and wants, and she sought to understand what mattered the most to us on our wedding day and made sure it was executed. She thought of all the little details that most people normally don’t think of when planning a wedding i.e. making sure we had someone provide drinks/meal prior to getting ready for the bridal party. She is a good communicator and we were able to set up multiple meetings leading up to our wedding. She is available and willing to help always. Whenever I had a question, I felt the freedom to shoot her an email or a text and she got back right away.

 2. Was Sarah able to deliver in your hopes and desires for the day?

Sarah was able to deliver in our hopes and desires for the day. She knew our ceremony and reception would be intimate with the number of guests we had attending, so she helped cultivate a space where it was intentional. She knew our faith was important to incorporate and made sure that was highlighted. We were so grateful to have Sarah as our coordinator.

3. Would you recommend her to others? Why or why not?

I would most definitely recommend Sarah to others. Sarah was super savvy with arranging a Zoom wedding; knowing exactly where to put the laptops so that the guests could see the ceremony, figuring out the sound system, making the virtual guests feel included by having interactive activities while online. Not only that, Sarah has coordinated a number of weddings so she has great recommendations and tips to cater to what you want.

4. What were the benefits of having a day-of coordinator?

YES. So many. My husband and I did not have to be the ones to worry if our “to do” list would be completed or not on the day of our wedding. We didn’t have to stress communicating with our family and friends and vendors. Having a day-of coordinator literally eliminates all those feelings of worry and stress and the coordinator handles it ALL. Our venue offered a “wedding coordinator” the day of our wedding so I didn’t think we would need a personal coordinator but I’m so glad we chose one because we would have had to rely on our wedding party and family to do more. They’re already dealing with their own roles for the day so it just makes everyone able to enjoy themselves.

1. Could you describe what it was like to have Sarah as your coordinator?

Sarah is the superhero you never knew you needed. She was the #1 problem solver and truly made me feel like I had nothing to worry about! I knew I could count on someone who wasn't at the wedding or in it, and that was so comforting. Because my wedding happened during COVID, we had many changes to the original plan. Sarah was helpful and generated creative ideas to Zoom people in and keep our immediate families that attended safe.

2. Was Sarah able to deliver in your hopes and desires for the day?

Sarah was truly a breath of fresh air. Being a Type-A personality I expected to be nervous that things wouldn't go the way I had dreamed of. When Sarah took over, she made the day even better than I hoped for. She’s a great communicator and very proactive — truly every bride's dream come true!

3. Would you recommend her to others? Why or why not?

I will be recommending Sarah to every person I know! She is the perfect balance between helping make the day worry-free, while also still allowing the couple to handle the primary preparation and decisions for the big day.

4. What were the benefits of having a day-of coordinator?

The biggest benefit of having Sarah as our day-of coordinator was being able to place our trust in someone to help our dream day come to life. The bride and groom don't need to be stressing about all of the little details, and having a day of coordinator allows you to enjoy the moment rather than be distracted. Sarah helped with setting up and tearing down, organizing the flow of the day, making sure everyone was where they even supposed to be, even wrangling our little ring bearer.
